The work

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions through phone, email, chat, or other assigned channels in a courteous and timely manner.
• Understand customer concerns, provide accurate information, and resolve issues within defined service standards.
• Record interactions, update customer information, and maintain clear case notes in the relevant systems.
• Escalate complex or unresolved matters to the appropriate internal team and follow through until closure.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity with an annual salary range of ₹3,00,000 to ₹4,00,000. Candidates who enjoy helping people and can consistently deliver a positive service experience are encouraged to apply.

• Freshers are welcome to apply; prior customer service experience is not mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a patient, helpful, and professional approach.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn customer support tools and processes quickly.
• Good listening, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort working full-time from the assigned office location in Jaipur, Gurgaon, Delhi, Indore, or Mumbai.
