LSEG is hiring for the role of Content Manager - Business Analysts!

The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Manage a team of Business Analysts by providing advice, coaching and development opportunities.
  • Establish best practices, standards, and frameworks for business analysis.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support career progression.
  • Define KPIs, create and manage dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
  • Allocate work, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of workflows.
  • Promote the adoption of modern technologies such as Python, data analytics, and AI/ML-driven solutions within the business analysis function.
  • Leverage data analytics to support decision-making.
  • Strategize to and deliver on the required market driven metrics.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
  • Ability to lead business transformation, drive innovation, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and support governance and risk management practices.
  • Budgeting & Resource Management experience
  • Significant Technical Business Analysis processes and methodologies experience
  • Ability to work effectively across functions, cultures, and geographies, with a customer-centric mindset
  • Knowledge of financial markets, Fixed Income Pricing, and LSEG platforms and products is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis concepts and tools, including Python, SQL and Visualization tools
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data ecosystems
  • Basic understanding and experience in tools such as iSuite; along with understanding of EVAI ; VDI ; and SPARROW
  • Basic understanding and experience in VBA and basic programming languages
  • Basic understanding and experience in using JIRA and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of handling change and change tickets
