The role will work closely with customers and internal teams to facilitate timely payments, maintain accurate records, and contribute to efficient account follow-up processes.

The work

Responsibilities

• Contact customers through calls and other approved channels to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Explain dues, payment schedules, and resolution options clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activity, customer conversations, commitments, and payment updates.
• Follow up consistently on promised payments and escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate team.
• Coordinate with internal operations and reporting teams to keep account information current.
• Adhere to company policies, customer service standards, and responsible collection practices.

Requirements

The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary of ₹20,000 to ₹35,000, depending on relevant experience and suitability for the role.

• 12th-pass qualification is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in collections, field collections, tele-calling, customer follow-up, recovery, or a related role.
• Good communication and negotiation skills with a professional approach to customer interactions.
• Ability to organize daily follow-ups, meet targets, and work independently.
• Basic comfort with mobile applications, record keeping, and routine reporting.
• This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Goregaon West, Mumbai.
