Role

We are hiring Career Counsellers for Indore location. This is a sales-focused counseling role where you will connect with prospective learners, understand their career goals, recommend suitable programs, and convince them to enroll in the right course.

The work

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and working professionals.
  • Understand their career goals and recommend suitable programs.
  • Explain course benefits, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities.
  • Handle queries, objections, and regular follow-ups.
  • Convince prospects and convert leads into enrollments.
  • Achieve monthly counselling and sales targets.
  • Maintain lead records and follow-ups in CRM.

  • Smart, confident, and self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable with calling, sales, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
