The work

Responsibilities of the Intern

Support P&L Analysis:
Assist in monitoring monthly P&L performance vs. budget/forecast, preparing variance
analysis reports, and identifying key drivers behind business performance.
Annual & Quarterly Planning Support (AOP/QOP):
Contribute to the preparation of annual and quarterly operating plans in coordination with
cross-functional teams.
Productivity Tracking:
Help track headcount and analyze monthly productivity metrics across roles and verticals.
EBITDA Focus:
Working on month end closing activities and support on initiatives that drive EBITDA
improvement through cost control and revenue enhancement strategies.
Data-Driven Insights:
Perform in-depth analysis of revenue and cost components to generate insights for senior
management.
