Talent Hunt Management is hiring for a Branch Operations opportunity in the insurance sector. This role is suited to fresh graduates who are eager to begin their careers in branch administration, customer coordination, sales support, and day-to-day business operations. The selected candidate will work from Hassan or Bangalore and receive an annual CTC of ₹2.5 LPA, along with incentives.

The work

Responsibilities

• Support daily branch operations, administration, and assigned business activities.
• Coordinate with branch teams to help maintain smooth and timely operations.
• Handle customer coordination and communication with internal teams.
• Maintain, update, and organize branch records, reports, and documentation.
• Provide operational support to sales and service teams as required.
• Track assigned tasks and ensure their timely completion.

Compensation: ₹2.5 LPA annual CTC plus incentives. This is a full-time, in-office role with one opening.
