The work

Responsibilities

• Handle routine back-office operations and assist with the smooth flow of daily processes.
• Create, maintain, and update Excel reports, MIS records, files, and operational data.
• Verify customer documents carefully and maintain organized documentation.
• Coordinate with banks, clients, and internal teams to support case processing.
• Follow up on pending cases and help ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Maintain inventory and office operational records accurately.
• Provide support for administrative and other operational activities as required.

Requirements

This is a 6-month, full-time, in-office internship based in Colaba, Mumbai, with a monthly stipend of ₹5,000–₹7,000. The intern will gain hands-on experience in financial services operations while working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Basic to advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to learn.
• Freshers with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
