The work

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise detailed 2D mechanical drawings and manufacturing documentation using AutoCAD.
• Develop accurate layouts, component drawings, assembly drawings, and fabrication details for industrial blades and mechanical products.
• Interpret engineering concepts, sketches, specifications, and measurements and convert them into clear production-ready drawings.
• Coordinate with design, production, fabrication, and quality teams to resolve drawing-related issues.
• Maintain drawing revisions, part references, dimensions, tolerances, and technical documentation in an organized manner.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, manufacturability, and compliance with internal drafting standards.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience as an AutoCAD Mechanical Draftsman or in a comparable mechanical drafting role.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and mechanical drawing conventions.
• Understanding of dimensions, tolerances, sections, views, assemblies, and fabrication requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and collaborate effectively with shop-floor and engineering teams.
• Good attention to detail, accuracy, documentation discipline, and practical problem-solving ability.
• This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Delhi within the mechanical industrial blade and manufacturing industry.
