The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

•

Quality Assurance & Process Compliance Conduct quality checks and peer reviews, identify and escalate process deviations, and ensure strict adherence to defined quality frameworks and standard QC guidelines.

•

Team Support & Continuous Improvement Provide on-ground query resolution and knowledge sharing, maintain full process versatility, and actively engage in calibration sessions, training, and team meetings to drive consistency and growth.

  • Production & Quality Excellence Consistently meet daily production targets within SLA timelines while maintaining 100% accuracy, high QC effectiveness, and minimal error leakage across all assigned processes.
