Dauch is hiring for the role of Associate IT Systems Engineer!

The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Monitor and analyze cloud spending across AWS, Azure, and OCI environments while developing chargeback and showback models.
  • Identify underutilized or oversized cloud resources and recommend optimization initiatives (rightsizing, storage lifecycle, reserved capacity).
  • Manage cloud infrastructure service requests, triage incidents, and coordinate resolution across engineering, finance, and vendor teams.
  • Develop and enforce cloud tagging, cost attribution standards, and governance policies.
  • Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, or native cloud tools to track cloud KPIs and variance analyses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms, cloud operations, financial analysis, infrastructure operations, or FinOps.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or OCI cost management tools and IT service management ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience developing reports using Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
