The work

Responsibilities of the Apprentice

  • Seller/vendor/customer communications experience – both verbal & written
  • Vendor Master Management – drive daily operations to ensure all vendor management requests are closed within agreed TAT
  • Stakeholder management to resolve escalations and address exceptional scenarios
  • Understanding of all commercial points like Commission - GST, Commission
  • Daily Interaction with sellers on commercial topics

  • Experience in a multi-step process team
  • Good knowledge of MS-office and Excel (Basic MIS)
  • Experience in seller interactions
  • B.Com or any graduate with skills & preferred experience
  • Candidates having experience in managing vendor onboarding and KYC preferred
  • Having experience in managing third party stakeholders preferred
  • Candidates from E commerce / retail background preferred
