About Zizzet: Zizzet is an early-stage technology startup developing an AI-powered CRM and business automation platform. Its product focuses on customer management, intelligent workflows, communication automation, and AI-assisted productivity.

The work

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Build REST APIs and backend business logic for CRM features.
• Integrate LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Gemini.
• Work with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, AI agents, and tool or function calling.
• Build AI-powered CRM automation and workflow features.
• Work with PostgreSQL, webhooks, asynchronous or background jobs, and third-party API integrations.
• Write clean, maintainable, production-oriented code and contribute through Git and GitHub using branches, pull requests, code reviews, and issue tracking.
• Write and maintain API tests, debug backend issues, and use Docker at a basic level for local development and deployment workflows.

• Previous SaaS, CRM, or backend project experience
• AI/LLM Backend: LLM integrations, RAG, embeddings, AI agents, evaluation, and AI services.
• AI Automation Backend: CRM workflows, APIs, webhooks, background jobs, integrations, and AI-powered automation.
