Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining daily accounting records, vouchers, and financial transactions.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Assist in preparing invoices, bills, receipts, and payment statements.
• Help with bank statement reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
• Assist in maintaining expense records and preparing financial reports.
• Support GST and TDS documentation and compliance-related activities.
• Maintain and organize financial documents and accounting records.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding accounts-related matters.
• Assist with salary processing and employee reimbursement records.
• Perform data entry and other accounting tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting concepts.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally is preferred.
• Willingness to learn practical accounting procedures.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential financial information.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
• Availability for a full-time, office-based internship in Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
• Willingness to work Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Nice to have

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.
• Familiarity with bank reconciliation and ledger entries.
• Basic understanding of GST and TDS documentation.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, including basic formulas and data entry.
• Eagerness to gain practical experience in accounting and financial operations.
