The work

Responsibilities

• Understand learners’ career goals, current experience, and upskilling needs through structured conversations.
• Recommend relevant learning programs and clearly explain their outcomes, format, value, and enrollment process.
• Handle questions and objections with empathy, accuracy, and a consultative approach.
• Follow up consistently with qualified leads through calls and other approved communication channels.
• Build trust with prospective learners and convert suitable leads into enrollments.
• Maintain accurate lead updates, follow-up records, and enrollment information in the organization’s systems.
• Work toward individual and team conversion targets while contributing to a positive learner experience.

Requirements

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The monthly compensation range is ₹20,000–₹40,000 and will be evaluated within the listed range based on interview feedback, relevant experience, communication ability, and demonstrated fit for the role.

• 0.6–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, academic counselling, admissions counselling, education sales, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Target orientation with the ability to manage follow-ups and work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• A learner-first mindset and the ability to explain career and upskilling options in a simple, engaging manner.
• Graduates with relevant sales, counselling, or admissions experience are encouraged to apply.
