Software Engineering Internship - Founder's Office

Overview: Brava is building the customer retention layer for modern businesses. We help cafes, restaurants, hotels and brands drive repeat business through wallet-native loyalty, CRM, WhatsApp, payments and AI. Brava is already working with some of the best brands in India, and our platform is being used by leading businesses across hospitality, F&B and consumer brands. We're looking for an exceptional Software Engineering Intern to work closely with our founders and engineering team, building and shipping products used by real businesses and their customers. What you'll work on: • Build and ship production features across Brava's products • Develop customer-facing and merchant-facing experiences • Build APIs, integrations and internal tools • Work with databases and backend systems • Build integrations with POS, commerce and payment platforms • Develop AI-powered features and workflows • Debug, improve and scale production systems What we're looking for: • We are looking for someone with exceptional academic and technical ability. • Strong academic track record, particularly in mathematics, computer science or other quantitative subjects • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree at a top engineering or technical institution, or demonstrating an equivalent level of academic achievement • Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving ability • Experience building software independently • Ability to take ambiguous problems and figure out practical solutions • High degree of curiosity, ownership and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills Students from institutions such as IITs, BITS, IIITs, top NITs and other leading engineering universities are encouraged to apply. A formal Computer Science degree is not strictly required for exceptional candidates. What you've built and how you think matter enormously.
