The work

Responsibilities

  • Build and enhance complete web applications across frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, databases, authentication, integrations, testing, and deployment.
  • Contribute to real-world software projects, research and development activities, proof-of-concept initiatives, CRM solutions, business software, and internal product development.
  • Experiment with AI and LLM-based solutions, AI agents, automation workflows, MCP, cloud services, microservices, emerging developer tools, and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with the team to investigate technical approaches, document findings, troubleshoot issues, and deliver reliable working implementations.
  • Learn independently, evaluate new frameworks and tools, and apply strong problem-solving skills to ambiguous engineering challenges.

  • Strong hands-on interest in full-stack software development and the ability to understand how complete web applications are designed and delivered.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as React or Next.js; Node.js, Python, or Java; SQL or NoSQL databases; Git and GitHub; and at least one cloud platform is preferred.
  • Understanding of APIs, authentication, software testing, deployment practices, and web application architecture will be valuable.
  • Curiosity about AI/LLMs, AI agents, automation, MCP, cloud, microservices, and emerging developer tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking, independent learning ability, ownership, communication, and willingness to explore unfamiliar technologies.
