Electronic Arts is hiring for the role of Product Management Intern!

The work

Responsibilities of the Intern

•

Collaborate with analysts, designers, engineers and artists to gather inputs, scope product requirements and communicate decisions to stakeholders.

•

Support product managers in defining features, events, progression systems, social features, and monetization experiences.

•

Participate in playtests, design reviews, sprint planning, and feature retrospectives.

•

Create product collaterals to document learnings, and support teams in tracking feature scope, development progress & utilization.

•

Help develop player communication journeys across push notifications, email, social media, community channels, and in-game messages.

•

Support the planning and execution of campaigns for new features, events, content updates, and game launches.

•

Help create campaign briefs that define the audience, player insight, message, channels, and success metrics.

•

Contribute ideas for social media content, creator partnerships, in-game messaging, app-store promotions, and community activations.

•

Support A/B tests across messages, creative concepts, channels, offers, and audience segments

•

Analyze game telemetry data to understand player behavior across areas such as onboarding, progression, retention, engagement, conversion, and monetization.

•

Identify drop-offs, friction points, and underserved player needs within the game.

•

Understand player persona and expectations based on qualitative data from surveys, app-store reviews, community channels, customer support, and social media

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•

Structured problem-solving and analytical thinking.

•

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment

•

Familiarity with free-to-play games, live-service games, and mobile games, and understanding of game metrics

•

Experience with SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or another analytics tool.

•

Experience creating surveys, analyzing customer feedback, or conducting user research.

•

Experience participating in gaming communities, esports, game jams, fandoms, creator communities, or student clubs
