Responsibilities

• Design, develop, publish, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Work with business teams to gather reporting requirements and convert them into effective data models and visualizations.
• Build and optimize DAX measures, calculated columns, relationships, and reusable reporting components.
• Connect Power BI with relevant data sources, perform data validation, and investigate discrepancies in reported results.
• Improve dashboard performance, usability, refresh reliability, and documentation.
• Collaborate with data, technology, and business stakeholders to deliver reporting projects on schedule.

Requirements

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Bangalore, with an annual compensation of ₹8,00,000.

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, data visualization, data modeling, and DAX.
• Good understanding of SQL, data preparation, ETL concepts, and relational databases.
• Ability to interpret business questions and present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication skills, and ownership of deliverables.
• A degree or equivalent background in IT, computer science, information systems, or a related discipline is preferred.
