About the Company PlotJi is a real estate-focused business building practical solutions for discovering and evaluating opportunities in local markets. As the company grows, the team is strengthening its strategy, operating processes, systems, and technology to support scalable execution. Responsibilities • Work closely with the Founder on important business, growth, and strategic initiatives. • Conduct market research and analyze findings to support business decisions. • Study local real estate markets to identify emerging trends, attractive opportunities, and high-potential areas. • Translate research into clear, actionable insights and recommendations. • Help design, document, and improve internal processes as the business scales. • Support the development and refinement of systems and technology used across the business. • Track initiatives, organize information, and collaborate with stakeholders to move priorities forward. Requirements • No prior work experience is required; motivated freshers are encouraged to apply. • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities. • Curiosity about business strategy, growth, startups, and the real estate sector. • Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to present insights concisely. • Comfort working independently, taking ownership, and adapting in a fast-moving environment. • Attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes, systems, and tools. This is a three-month, full-time, in-office internship based in Jaipur, offering a monthly stipend of ₹10,000–₹15,000. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to founder-led decision-making, market intelligence, business operations, and the systems that enable a growing real estate venture.
