The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy; organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents.
  • Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information; classify, code, and summarize numerical data using ledgers and computers.
  • Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, and payroll reports, and complete period-end closing procedures.
  • Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements, and follow up to resolve past-due accounts and vendor invoices.
  • Coordinate tasks with other departments, serve as a departmental role model, and ensure work tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.

  • Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience in finance, accounting, or accounts receivable.
