The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

•

QA review the correctness of documents before releasing them to customers, including word comparison against master documents for spelling and grammar.

•

Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on Knowledge Coach content updates and releases.

•

Conduct some testing of application functionality.

•

Collaborate with content developers, technical teams, and stakeholders to address identified issues.

•

Provide feedback to improve the clarity and usability of audit-related content.

•

Document and report QA findings, ensuring timely resolution of identified gaps

Who they want

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in [relevant field, e.g., Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field]
  • Preferred - Candidates with CA Inter with Articleship completed /CMA qualified / CPA pursuing.
  • 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in an audit role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent spelling and grammar skills.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative is preferred
  • Excellent proficiency in English language and communication skills.
  • Having prior experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of audit principles, standards, and practice is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with content management or QA processes is an added advantage.
