The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Onboard new partner accounts and build relationships with 70–80 partner restaurants to grow the Dineout business and achieve monthly GMV targets.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure correct Restaurant Display Page (RDP) content and high image coverage.
  • Make persuasive presentations on Dineout plans, promotions, and growth-forward activities to secure consistent partner investment.
  • Monitor key performance metrics from data dashboards, explain insights to partners, and ensure competitive investments in discounts, commissions, and advertisements.
  • Resolve operational issues such as diner-denied payouts and coordinate with support, sales operations, and finance teams.

Requirements

  • Graduate with 1.5–3 years of field sales experience.
  • Fluency in the local language and working knowledge of English.
  • Good working knowledge of e-commerce activities, online marketing channels, and basic metrics (AOV, conversion funnel, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills, good proficiency in Excel, and effective communication and influencing abilities.
  • Flexibility to work according to restaurant operating schedules and a go-getter sales attitude.
