About the Company

ThomasMount Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking an Accounts Executive for one of our client to support accurate financial operations, statutory compliance, reporting, and audit readiness. This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity based in Bangalore for a professional with 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

The work

Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts and record daily financial transactions.
Prepare journal entries, ledgers, account reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing schedules.
Manage banking transactions, cash flow, petty cash, bank reconciliations, payments, and outward remittances with proper documentation.
Prepare and file GST returns including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, maintain input tax credit records, and support GST compliance.
Process payroll, reimbursements, deductions, PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory payments.
Assist with internal and external audits, prepare schedules and supporting documents, and coordinate with consultants and regulatory authorities.

The selected candidate will work from the Bangalore office on a full-time basis and receive an annual compensation upto ₹3,00,000–₹4,00,000.

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
1–2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience with Tally and Zoho; knowledge of Relyon TDS is an advantage.
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, analytical ability, attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
