BTW Visa Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an organized and dependable Account Executive to support its finance operations in Pune. The company works across visa, ticketing, and insurance services, creating a fast-paced environment where accurate accounting, timely coordination, and responsive client follow-up are essential. This role offers an opportunity for a finance professional with at least one year of relevant experience to contribute to reliable reporting, compliance, and smooth departmental operations.

The work

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, supporting documents, and transaction files.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable activities, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and outstanding-payment follow-ups.
• Complete bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and prepare journal entries.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting as well as month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide complete documentation during audits.
• Support compliance activities related to GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable financial regulations.
• Coordinate with the visa, ticketing, and insurance departments on invoices and client follow-ups.
• Maintain effective inter-department communication and provide administrative support to the finance team when required.

Requirements

• B.Com or M.Com qualification.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping processes, and financial compliance.
• Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a deadline-driven environment.
• Salary: ₹20,000 per month.
