We’re looking for a talented Ad Policy Specialist who expects more from their career. Sitting within the Tesco Media Operations team, this role operates at the intersection of advertising policy, risk management, and operational delivery. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring that all advertising activity meets UK regulatory standards while enabling innovation and growth across our media offering. Acting as a subject matter expert, you’ll partner with teams across the business to provide guidance, shape policy frameworks, and support responsible, effective advertising. This is a highly visible role where your expertise will directly influence how campaigns are delivered to millions of customers. What you’ll be working on • Develop and maintain ad policy frameworks aligned with UK advertising regulations, including CAP Code and LHF/HFSS requirements • Provide expert guidance on complex or high-risk advertising decisions, balancing compliance with commercial outcomes • Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Legal teams to ensure policies are clearly understood and consistently applied •
