2. By submitting User Content, you grant insiderOne a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, and create derivative works of such content for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
3. insiderOne reserves the right to review, monitor, and remove any User Content deemed inappropriate, unlawful, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.

Some features are free; others may be offered as premium or subscription-based services in the future.

1. Payment processing is facilitated via Stripe and RazorPay.
2. insiderOne may introduce paid plans (monthly or annual) at its discretion.
3. No refunds will be provided unless required by applicable law.
4. Auto-renewing subscriptions, if introduced, will be clearly disclosed to Users before purchase.

1. Create fake profiles, impersonate others, or misrepresent your identity.
2. Upload harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
3. Spam, harass, or engage in abusive behavior.
4. Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized tools to access or extract data.
5. Interfere with platform functionality or attempt unauthorized access.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

1. Are experimental in nature.
2. Do not constitute professional, financial, legal, or career advice.
3. Should not be solely relied upon for making critical decisions.

insiderOne assumes no liability for actions taken based on AI-generated outputs.

1. insiderOne may integrate with third-party services (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, payment processors).
2. insiderOne is not responsible for the practices, policies, or content of such third parties.
3. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms.

1. All platform content, branding, designs, logos, features, and technologies are the exclusive property of insiderOne Technologies FZE LLC.
2. Except as expressly permitted, Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services.

1. insiderOne shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost opportunities, reputational harm, or data loss.
2. insiderOne does not guarantee employment, business opportunities, or outcomes from the use of its Services.

1. insiderOne may suspend or permanently terminate your account at its discretion for any violation of these Terms.
2. Users may deactivate their accounts at any time.

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
2. Users outside the UAE may also have mandatory consumer protection rights under their local laws.
3. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or courts in the UAE, unless otherwise required by law.
